Our application is developed in Ruby on Rails and we're looking for talented software developers who are passionate about building highly scalable and highly intuitive applications. Here's what we're looking for the software developer position:
* 3-10+ years of software development expertise
* Solid experience with MVC-based object-oriented programming
* Java or Ruby on Rails. While we work in RoR, we've found that excellent Java engineers can pick it up and be productive quickly.
* A guru in HTML / CSS / Javascript / AJAX
* Deploying software as a service applications (SaaS)
* Strong sense of usability / front-end UI experience
* BS in CS preferred
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Energetic and fun
