Job Title: RUP Expert
Term: Full Time Permanent Position
Location: Orlando, FL
Experience Level: 7-8 yrs (Minimum 4 yrs in RUP Methodologies)
Must Have Skills:
RUP Methodology understanding and should have gone through at least 2 transformation life cycles.
Requisite Pro & RSA understanding and working knowledge.
Requirements Change Management methodology understanding and process knowledge.
Must have significant knowledge of the product development organization, work environment and development process.
Must have the ability to interact with external, as well as, internal clients for the purpose of data gathering and design initiation.
Strong writing and communication skills are required.
Independent judgment is required.
An ability to organize task assignments and execute against critical Path deliveries is required.
A strong knowledge of software project lifecycle and processes is required.
Orchestrate the RUP process in the live project and steer the group to acquire the RUP knowledge Able to articulate the use cases and drive the team achieving the goal of acquiring the RUP knowledge Preferred
Skills:
Rational Tools and techniques.
Verification and Validation methodologies understanding.
Ability to guide the teams for RUP transformation.
Ability to provide trainings to external & internal clients.
Knowledge on CMMI to correlate with RUP process
