Capable rich-media production artist wanted with excellent cell-based Flash sklls, as well as the attendant ActionScript for loading, pulling data, and tween-class animation when required. Experience with rich-media deployment systems and vendors exceptionally helpful. Streaming video would be just HUGE. $40 - 50 / hr.
