1. Service Management Profile: someone who has the call-center management background -not an internal IT help desk group but more a call center that has supported external clients. Would be open to someone who managed a technical call center and then went into a PM role.
2. Someone who has had a PM role in a software environment and has working knowledge of the SDLC process.
For this role ideally looking for some with the PMP certifications but open to candidates with PM backgrounds and any PMI affiliations as well.
Not looking for candidates with a PM background in IT
