Technical Recruiter experienced in full life-cycle recruiting and adept with innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques required for a growing Professional Services firm. Will source, qualify, and manage the interview process. Will negotiate offers, process offer documentation, and complete recruiting activity reports on a weekly basis.

Position is Part Time up to 24 hours per week as the work load requires.

Required Skills:

• Strategic recruiting for the Northeast Region.
  
• Develop multiple targeted recruitment strategies
  
• Sourcing and qualifying candidates
  
• Setting up phone screens and interviews
  
• Knowledge of overall IT Systems a must
  
• Managing long distance interview processes from initial contact thru acceptance of offer
  
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience Required:

• Possess 5+ years technical recruiting
  
  
• Ability to work with a team and independently
  
  
• Strong negotiation skills
  
  
• Outstanding communication skills
