Project Manager (Campaign Consultant)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ
This Manager position requires Partner Management, Consulting, Requirements, Quality Assurance, Program Operations and Project Management abilities for new development and associated support for successful implementation and post implementation processes.
? Manager for CSG B2C & B2B communications between internal partners (CSG, program & marketing managers and Development/QA teams) and Client facing teams to support business objectives/timelines
? Project management responsibilities for new development programs and associated work requests supported by CSG
? Manage product development/enhancement meetings
? Manage the implementation and upgrading of program operations processes and program quality initiatives
? Manage and complete requirements & use cases for new development and post implementation work requests for CSG staff
? Recommend and implement updates to program quality operations and processes
? Manage multiple core teams and meetings to support successful implementation and post implementation processes
? Manage & perform user acceptance testing for new production & ongoing operational support
? Act as primary contact for new campaign development and post implementation support
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Consultant / Project Management
• Manage business partners for the successful completion of business requirement for B2C & B2B communications
• Manage and complete functional specifications and associated campaign requirements (Functional Requirements, QA Requirements, SDLC documentation, project plans and testing documentation/use cases)
• Complete multiple development project deliverables from project scope through post implementation
• Manage project tasks, quality gates / checklists, other campaign deliverables & resource utilization via Affinium Plan
• Manage project tasks, resources and deliverables through post implementation via Affinium Plan
Program Operations / Quality Assurance
• Evaluate and refine & implement recommendations to program quality
• Manage program Quality Assurance though post implementation
• Effectiveness of Business Partner Management processes to support program operations, communications and Process Quality Enhancements
• Manage and execute the review of campaign QC Plans
• Overall issue identification and resolution through post implementation
? 5 years of formal systems requirements / development documentation quality assurance and project management experience
? Prior experience in managing programs for pharmacy benefits management, managed care, and/or financial services is desired. Formal training and certifications a plus
? Healthcare and Rx claims or PBM experience is desired
? Unica Product Suite (Affinium Plan & Affinium Campaign)
? Medco Health systems experience and Medco Data a plus
? Six Sigma certification a BIG plus
? Familiarity with research products and direct marketing campaigns
? Strong written and oral communications skills
? Bachelors degree
