Job Description:
•Work with end users to define functional requirements
•Produce functional and technical designs
•Implement major enhancements and maintenance changes
•Test and implement the changes
•Develop / maintain system documentation
•Train end users as required
Essential Job Requirements:
•4+ years experience with PHP and Perl scripting language
•4+ years experience with MySQL and PostGres databases
•Knowledgeable in AJAX, Java Script, XML, HTML, and MVC architecture
•Familiarity with Ruby / Ruby on Rails, CGI, SOAP, CSS desired
•Familiarity with SNMP and telecommunications networks is a big plus
