5+ years experience in design and developing software systems
Strong experience in object-oriented design and implementation.
Exp w/ Java, C/C++
Exp w/ Perl/PHP
Exp w/ Flash/Flex
Exp w/ UML
Exp w/ Video Technologies -- H.264 is a plus
Exp w/ Rapid development methods such as Agile/Scrum a plus
Excellent comm. skills a must
Team Player
BS/MS in CS
