Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal and external audit projects and perform complex process analysis based on internal process audits, SAS 70 Type II or customer audit findings
- Collaborate closely with cross department team members, business owners, and sponsors to develop and successfully implement process improvements
- Assess process gaps and develops mitigation and improvement plans that will affect operational effectiveness, quality and cost savings
- Map current SAS 70 IT Controls with current business processes to provide a foundation for streamlining audit activities internally and externally
- Document inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommend specific and innovative changes to effect improved efficiencies
- Perform data collection and analysis to assess process performance
- Provide project management expertise for cross functional team members in support of business process goals
- Define and quantify specific cost savings opportunities and quality improvements from instituting process changes; lead team efforts for analytical reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, Green Belt Six Sigma certification
- 4+ years experience in process analysis, internal IT auditing, or project management
- Demonstrated success in projects that lead to financial and operational improvements
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate and influence cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SAS 70 and Sarbanes Oxley IT audit
- Excellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrates personal initiative, creativity and assumes responsibility and ownership
- Ability to build cross-functional teams which will not have direct reports but must be organizationally resilient
- Insurance and/or Healthcare, Hosting, Remote Access Management or other customer facing experience
- Understanding of ITIL and COBIT
- Process Methodology background (Six Sigma, CMMI)
- Proficiency in MS Office and simulation and/or data modeling software
