This position works with a team to provide both implementation and production support for hosted CareAdvance solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and production environments consisting of both custom and core solutions
- Support the CareAdvance application full lifecycle: design, deployment, documentation, testing, go-live, and support
- Develop general knowledge and understanding of CareAdvance product functionality
- Interact in a professional manner with management and staff as well as hosting clients
- Create & execute high level manual and automated test scripts
- Validate initial CareAdvance environment installations
- Participate in unit testing of CareAdvance custom and core content
- Troubleshoot when errors occur or expected output does not meet the client's needs
- Scheduling/Execution of batch jobs and troubleshooting any issues
- Assist with tracking application environment and technical open issues
- Work with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, and Database Administrators to determine root cause of issues
- On-call for implementations and production support

- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience in a similar analyst role
- Experience in the healthcare industry and with a large service provider
- Strong SQL and MS office experience
- Experience with database administration and systems administration
- Strong technical aptitude and data analysis skills
- Must be able to multitask between multiple projects and project phases simultaneously
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be self motivated and self directed
- Experience speaking at all levels of a client organization
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Demonstrate time management skills necessary to finish project assignments in accordance with scope, schedule and budget
