Seeking SAP CRM Managing Consultants for our Industrial CRM practice. This position is responsible for successful delivery of complex SAP CRM solutions utilizing technology and process transformation. The position will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. This position provides hands-on team leadership, direction and mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships.
Preferred candidates will have deep understanding of SAP CRM operations and experience with SAP CRM 4.0. Positions require 100% travel. Major Field of Study: Business, computer science or related field. Ability to effectively lead a team of SAP CRM consultants' .Hands on configuration knowledge of CRM processes in Marketing and Internet Sales. Ability to independently generate solutions using SAP CRM understanding, Hands on developed deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology. Proven experience improving CRM distribution operational metrics. Process definition, analysis, design and implementation. Requirements definition and mapping. Test strategy/plan definition, scenario, and script development. Express complex concepts in terms appropriate to a target audience -- verbal. Ability to lead business requirements definition sessions with client business.
At least 5 years hands-on SAP CRM experience - At least two full-life cycle implementations of SAP CRM project based on a structured methodology as a Project Manager. - Minimum 2 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities.
