Public Sector needs a Cell Phone Video Analysts. The ideal consultant will develop a prototype system to exploit cell phone data in support of National security efforts. He/she will help develop a game plan for analyzing the current state of video exploitation as well as examining current GOTS and COTS tools that can be used to against a certain problem set. The candidate will build a prototype application.
Candidate must be self-motivating with strong writing skills. The position is located in Ft. Meade, MD. Qualified consultants will also have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
The ideal consultant will understand how to use CASPORT to integrate PKI. He/she must have 10+ years experience with JAVA programming; GUIglue integration programming experience. Must also have 5+ years experience with database programming including Oracle; an understanding and experience with customer specific databases; Geospatial experience to include an understanding of the concepts, terms, applications. He/she will also be responsible for various deliverables such as Cell Phone Video Analysis Reports; SIGINT Analysis Statistics Reporting, Lessons Learned Documentation, as well as Performance, Functionality and Applications Assessment Reports and Training Documents. The position requires an active TS/SCI w/CI Poly Security Clearance.
