Description: Senior Business Analyst to assist with all phases of development process. Identifies opportunities and establishes future state vision for major business reengineering initiatives. . Conducts reviews of global business/process roadmaps for achieving major reengineering objectives with business and IT partners; ensures cross-functional/global alignment of strategic initiatives. . Presents and reviews business analysis and reengineering results on managed programs/initiatives to executive-level IT and senior business partner. . Manages executive-level customer relationships including conducting joint business partner and IT Operating Reviews. . Provides technical mentoring to Business Analysts at all levels.
Degree: Degree in technical discipline preferred.
Experience Required:
6+ yrs with Solution Design, Development, Testing and Integration - must be able to look at and understand code.
. 6+ yrs gathering and documenting Business Requirements
. Experience as Business Analyst on multiple projects
. Experience mentoring other Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts
. Experience with process/life cycle methodology
