Programmer/ Analyst II
We are currently in need of a Programmer/Analyst II to join our project team. This is a 12 month contract.
Mandatory Requirements:
• At least 18 months experience implementing IT Service Management Processes using the ITIL Framework.
• ITIL Version 2 Foundation Certified
• ITIL Version 3 Foundation Certified.Demonstrated understanding of fibre channel switch architecture, configuration and management.
• HP Service Center Software Essentials Certified.
• This person must have excellent oral and written communications skills in English and experience in detail system documentation.
• A minimum of two references must be provided from prior employers or organizations at which the candidate has performed Storage Administration services.
Desirable Requirements
• One year experience documenting IT processes using Proforma's ProVision process modeling tools.
• 6 months experience implementing ITIL Problem Management.
• 6 Months experience defining and implementing Service Level Agreements for IT support organizations.
• 6 months experience in analysis and process improvement of IT Help Desk processes.
• 6 months experience in analysis and process improvement of IT Incident Management processes.
• 6 months experience facilitating requirements gathering meetings.
• Working knowledge of HP Service Manger 7.0.
