Job Title: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
Take your Oracle HRMS Consultant career to its fullest potential leading the Oracle HRMS Full Implentations and Support while experiencing what Canada has to offer. Lead our multinational organization in continous recognition as the premier Oracle Implementer in Canada.
You successfully implemented and supported at least one full life cycle in Oracle HRMS. You are a functional analyst in at least two of the following: core HRMS, Advance Benefits, Canadian Payroll, Oracle Time and Attendance (OTA), Oracle Time and Labour, iRecruitment, iTime and Fast Formulas. You bring your knowledge in Oracle 11i.
As an Oracle HRMS Consultant, you will provide implementation and post implementation functional support for the Oracle 11i eBusiness Applications Suite.You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving user problems; providing user instructions on Oracle functionality; defining the requirements and Gap Analysis. The supported modules include: HRMS, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Time and Labour, Time and Attendance, iRecruiting, and Human Resources Self Service.
Location: All across Canada
Employment type: Permanent; Full Time
Compensation: depending upon experience level; industry leading compensation package includes market base between $85,000 to $125,000, outstanding benefit package, bonus, incentives and training investment.
