SUMMARY:
Drive company Mar/Com strategy, worldwide. Responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing programs for outbound marketing and marketing communications initiatives including Message Development, Collateral, Websites, Lead Generation, Customer Case Studies, Customer and Channel Communications. You'll be working with their marketing and sales departments to plan and create strategies, tactics, activities and materials for the purpose of conveying the most positive marketing message to target audiences.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead a team that develops marketing strategies
• Oversee the production, targeting/data work, and deployment of campaigns
• Manage budgets, and reports on performance against goals
• Manage agency relationships and creative development
• Explore partnerships and other new channels
• Direct mail, email, and online marketing


REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree required (Marketing, or Communications degree, preferred)
• 10+ years of related experience in Marketing Communications
• Must be a creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation, able to develop new programs and processes from scratch
• Proven background in direct response marketing -- including banner marketing, promotional landing pages, and contextual marketing
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams
• Success working with creative agencies to produce strong creative that drives results
• Strong project management skills including the ability to track program results and package them for management reports
• Strong cross-functional team leadership skills, especially partnering with business partners, working with analytical and research teams, and leading agencies to produce and deliver high-quality work
• Excellent written and verbal communication
