Daily Job Duties:
1. Analyze functional requirements and provide feedback
2. Quickly determine design options and trade-offs
3. Work with Architects to perform detailed design
4. Develop and unit test to established requirements and design
5. Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews
6. Provide development time and schedule estimates


Skill Set
1. Proficient in: ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server (2005 preferred, 2000 acceptable)
2. Demonstrated ability to work in a strong object oriented environment
3. Strong analytic skills and able to grasp new concepts quickly
4. Experience in the design and development of scalable enterprise systems
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
7. Experience with learning/training industries is a plus


Must have 5+ yrs. experience
