JOB TITLE: MeetingPlace Analyst
Primary role is to support the enterprise MeetingPlace voice/data collaboration environment. As part of the MeetingPlace team, the resource will provide customer support as well as MeetingPlace administration and server support. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required as this resource will have direct customer contact for some support issues. Resource will work with MeetingPlace team to complete customer requests, analyze and provide problem resolutions on issues received via helpdesk, support mailbox tickets, and phone calls within documented time frame. Resource is responsible for handling MeetingPlace support and infrastructure issues up to and including Level 3 support. Resource will work daily as an active member of the MeetingPlace team. This resource is expected to be an integral member of the MeetingPlace team providing support, administration, process feedback, system recommendations, and to implement improvements to ensure that the system functions reliably.

Required technical skills:

-MeetingPlace administration (Create, delete, and modify user profiles. Reset passwords. Validate, set/reset, delete meetings.)
-Demonstrated analytical/problem solving skills to independently troubleshoot and resolve common and complex administration, server, and infrastructure issues.
-Timely response and resolution of issues (Level 1 to Level 3) related to or impacting the proper operation of the MeetingPlace environment
-Strong understanding and experience using, supporting, and performing administration tasks for Cisco MeetingPlace Web and Outlook environments (v 4.3 or higher).
-Strong understanding of and experience using MeetingTime (v 5.1 or higher).
-Experience installing/configuring/upgrading MeetingPlace servers and supporting MeetingPlace voice/data infrastructure.
-Experience performing server maintenance and operation on enterprise class servers with Windows 2000 and higher O/S, including backup/restore, system and O/S patching and administration
-Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving server crashes/hangs
-Experience identifying and resolving meeting issues/conflicts/scheduling and rescheduling
-Familiarity with MPDS, MeetingPlace user profiles, MeetingTime, system reports, MeetingPlace audio and data collaboration servers

Required Communication skills:

-Proven ability to effectively communicate with customer via phone, face-to-face, or email to resolve requests within time allotted in the documented Service Level Agreements
-Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management to escalate issues, provide recommendations for product direction, and resolutions to issues.
-Effectively interpret, respond, and resolve issues reported through Phoenix, email, and by phone. Timely completion and communication of resolution to customers. Clear documentation of steps used to resolve issues.
-Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to create clear and concise process documentation that presents information simply and accurately
-Collaborate with members of the MeetingPlace support team to ensure understanding of established processes, provide input for process improvements, ensure accurate problem escalation, and effectively support the MeetingPlace environment.
-Participate as a functional member of the MeetingPlace support team (contribute to team meetings, projects, processes)
