We are seeking an experienced Flash Developers to join our awesome development team. The Flash Developer will work with some of the most talented web developers in the area contribute to developing, improving, and maintaining our Flash-based platform. If you want to work in a fast paced leading Web 2.0 Environment, this is for you.

Responsibilities

** Design, implementation, and maintenance of Flash-based applications
** Participate in all phases of the software development cycle
** Communicate design decisions as they are specified

Requirements

** 6+ years software development experience
** 2+ years of software development in Flash Flex 3.0 and 2.0
** Extensive knowledge of Action Script 3.0
** Strong skills in object oriented programming
** Proven ability to participate in multiple, concurrent projects.
** Track record of documenting work and writing specifications.
** B.S. Computer Science or equivalent

Desired skills

** Experience with Actionscript 3 and Flex.
** Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS
** Experience with server side technologies such as PHP or Java.
** Experience with web services, databases, and MySQL
