Skills

* 2+ years of web development experience using a dynamic object-oriented language
* Proficiency with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, and SVN.
* Strong knowledge of graphic and web design principles and current web technologies
* Passion for software development
* Experience with Agile methodologies like XP or Scrum a plus
