Business Resource Solutions, LLC is a shared services organization representing SpecPro Technical Services for all Human Resource and recruiting activities. SpecPro Technical Services is currently seeking candidates for the following opening: BlackBerry/Cellular/ System Administrator.
Administer BlackBerry Server and User Database with 200-250 user accounts. Provide Customer support for all BlackBerry and Cellular phones with excellent customer service. Maintain an accurate database modified daily of all hardware and accessories and inform Telecommunications Branch Head when low on equipment to properly run program. Keep abreast of any changes in NNMC equipment and research future equipment needs and provide data to Telecommunications Branch Head as requested. Produce Standard Operating Procedures for Blackberry and Cellular phone users including new features as they become available. Maintain the emergency cellular phone kit at all times. This includes periodic testing of equipment, power charging program and continuous updating of emergency phone roster every time there is a change. Present all BlackBerry and cellular requests to Telecommunications Branch Head for approval
College degree or experience in lieu of degree.
1-2 years of BlackBerry server, BlackBerry device and desktop support experience. Employee must understand e-mail, voice and BlackBerry applications. Employee must be able to maintain and accurate database of hardware and accessories and the communications skills to keep the Telecommunications Branch Head aware of needs and requirements of the program.
