MUST HAVE a strong Solutions Architect background.
A BS preferably in Computing Sciences or related professional experience is required. A MS degree is preferred. You must have at least 10 years of IT experience, including 5-7 years developing Java/J2EE and web service applications. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, software design, business process modeling and management. External consulting experience on technical engagements is also required. It is essential that you possess strong design and architecture skills, as well as excellent interpersonal, mentoring, analytical and problem solving skills. Additional required skills are as follows: Strong design and development experience using Java, J2EE (advanced skills writing and reviewing code); strong experience with JDBC with MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL and designing efficient SQL and developing reporting systems data marts; web services with Axis, JSON RPC, SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML-RPC; and strong test driven development processes and experience with agile development and iterative cycles, Scrum, Agile, Pair / Xtreme programming is required. Candidates must have test driven development using JUnit and HttpUnit. Experience building efficient build and deployment systems using automated tools (i.e. ANT deployment automation) is required.
Candidates must have expertise with data exchange XML, DOM, XSLT, JSON, XSD, SAX; Version control using CA Harvest; Performance Testing with JMeter; BPMN, BPEL, Business process modeling tools; and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Additional preferred skills are as follows: Java 5, JSP, JSF, Hibernate, Spring Framework, MBeans, JMS, JMX, DAO, Struts, JSTL and Tags, XMLBeans; Servlet containers / app servers including performance tuning with Resin, Apache and mod_caucho, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic; SAP experience; Experience building with AJAX frameworks; .NET development experience; Interface experience with Flash, XHTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS.
