Job description:
• Take charge of re-architecting our products for development in Ruby-on-Rails
• Work closely with business analyst, project manager, and developers to define requirements
• Implement Rails applications using standards-compliant HTML and CSS
• Work with developers to define development standards and best practices

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise-level software solutions within M-V-C pattern
• Comfort with Agile development practices and test-driven development
• Experience architecting using UML and RUP
• Understanding of software development best practices
• Ruby-on-Rails experience a plus as well as current knowledge of greater Rails environment, including gems, plugins, and platform direction
•Database design experience a plus as well
