Position Overview
Our client, a major BC Organization is seeking three quality assurance analysts to work in setting up centralized testing environment and execute testing operations during each phase of SDLC.

Duties and Responsibilities

Define requirement and tailor criteria for testing process
Interview stakeholders to determine individual requirements
Design new hybrid process for testing and document Testing Process Guidelines.
Document, define and identify Roles and Responsibilities Matrix
Identify requirements and conduct training and develop course materials.
Develop Testing Continuous Improvement Plan
Create core functionality automated test scripts
Conduct regression testing, stress testing and also use automated test scripts.

Skills and Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical and functional testing.
Experience working as a test architect defining standards and the minimum outcomes for specific technical and functional testing.
Good verbal and written communication
