Required Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Ax data model, Design technical solution, prepares data migration strategy, data mapping, transformations.
Should have worked at least in 2-3 data migration projects involving large scale data movement from legacy systems.
Experienced in analyzing performance considerations, scalability and reliability. Should be a good team player and should have excellent client management skills.

Certifications would be a plus.
