- 3+ years experience as part of team(s) delivering a consumer facing experience
- Expert level XHTML/CSS
- Experience with JavaScript/Ajax
- Knowledge of cross browser incompatibilities
- Understanding of MVC
- Experience with third party JavaScript/Ajax libraries
- Experience with Firebug, YSlow, etc
- Bag of tricks for optimization of page design, templates and layout

•Experience with Photoshop, GIMP, Flash

•Previous start-up experience
•Experience with Ruby/Rails
