? Migrate FWHQSQL from 2000 to 2005
o Develop and implement a test plan ensuring all the databases, stored procedures, triggers, etc were migrated properly.
? Develop, document and test procedures for backup/recovery of SQL databases
? Develop and document procedures for providing security for SQL databases and other SQL objects including:
o Best practices for authentication mode using Windows authentication mode when possible
o Methods for using Windows authentication for in-house applications and changing passwords with minimal interruption of service
o Assigning administrator privileges to database administrators
o Assigning of database objects to schemas and assigning owners to schemas
o Granting permissions on database objects to users.
? Analyze databases to develop maintenance plans
? Migrate ODFW hunting and angling license and tag database from SQL 6.5 to SQL 2005
