We are looking for a Technical Writer that can create procedural documentation and that may also help customers by email.

When working as a Technical Writer your main responsibilities will be to develop and maintain procedural documentation for users of business software applications. This includes user manuals, online help files and installation and support guides it may also include training presentations and student training guides. Work with both internal and external customers. Perform product research by working with software, reading specifications and development materials, and by working with subject matter experts from various areas of the company

When performing Customer Support you'll be responsible for acting as the initial point of contact for internal customers to report problems and initiate requests. All support will be performed by email. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing 1st level support by resolving low level technical/end-user problems
- Working effectively with 2nd and 3rd level support within the IT organization to successfully escalate and resolve customer problems

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Technical or procedural writing, editing and/or publishing skills
HTML or web design experience a plus
