Position -Technical Writer
Location -Dayton, OH

FULL TIME POSITION

Position Description:

Develop and maintain procedural documentation for users of business software applications
This includes user manuals, quick reference cards, online help files and installation and support guides
It may also include training presentations and student training guides
Work with both internal and external customers
Perform product research by working with software, reading specifications and development materials, and by working with subject matter experts from various areas of the company
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years related experience a plus
Must be able to submit technical or procedural writing samples
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Technical or procedural writing, editing and/or publishing skills
HTML or web design experience a plus
