As a Content Editor, you'll work closely with core v-team (including site producer, UX PM, Lead Designer, Brand Strategist and Brand Solutions Manager) to create editorial platforms that break through the online advertising "clutter" and deliver rewarding experiences for consumers while driving tangible results for the advertisers. You'll be surrounded by a supportive and energetic team who are dedicated to helping you create ground-breaking ideas and drive industry-leading solutions. With over 465m unique users per month the team is focused on the end-to-end creation of custom branded entertainment destinations for key advertisers across the global network. They are a leader in online advertising proven through extraordinary engagement results (including unprecedented high traffic volume, time-on-site metrics and top industry awards).
The User Experience team within the Software Giant in Redmond, Washington is looking for an Editor with a passion for the online space and the energy, creativity and cross-functional skills to help develop and drive effective brand and content strategies in this strategically vital area. Using your refined communications skills you will help the team to grow their strength and reputation as a thought and marketing leader. You will support them in the effort to convey a clear, compelling focus in their offerings to customers.
You'll need to bring your skills and passion for developing absolutely the best, most relevant and riveting editorial and media content to the network. The Custom Solutions Content Editor is based in Redmond and reports to the Managing Editor. The Content Editor is accountable for working closely with the brand strategists to learn of new opportunities and for creating editorial plans based on requirements set forth by advertisers and/or larger sales and creative teams. You will liaise closely with the user experience team (Creative Director, Product Designers, Usability Engineer, Site Producer), Sales (Senior Brand Strategists, Brand Solutions Managers) and Product Developers. You will also collaborate with Channel Editors, Biz Dev, Product Developers and a range of other functions across the network and company to drive, develop and execute an integrated content strategies targeting measurable growth in custom Web solutions.
