We are looking for a Policy Solution Architect -- Taylor/TX.
Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:

Preferred Contractor skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of prior relevant work experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Good understanding of WS Security

• Good understanding of WSDL, compatibility with other platforms.

• Should have implemented Policy solution using Actional product suite

• Good knowledge of using Oracle 10g as Database.

• Strong Web services implementation knowledge is required

• Good understanding of TIBCO technology is preferable

• Good understanding of App servers and clustering, load
balancing and failover technologies

• Strong XML skills (XML, Schemas, XSLT)

• Must have 2 years Unix/Linux experience

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must have customer service focus

• Electric utility market deregulation/restructuring experience knowledge is a plus
