Connection Strategies Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill an immediate Trainer position located in Southeast Wisconsin. IDEAL CANDIDATES WOULD POSSES A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING SKILL SETS:
Technical writing and/or curriculum design experience.
Strong organizational skills to be able to manage multiple tasks.
An understanding of adult learning concepts and ability to apply them to a diverse group of employees.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Passion for helping others to develop their skills while also developing your own.
A minimum of one year previous training experience (or degree in related program in lieu of direct experience).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE:
Responsible for assisting and coordinating many aspects of training, with a primary focus on our new employee orientation program as well as other career development initiatives.
Assist in development of training plans for new hires, assist with curriculum and content development, and be a facilitator for classroom program delivery.
Showcase your exceptional written communication skills to develop both technical and non-technical programs.
Build strong relationships with managers and employees, you will help us identify training needs of our existing employees and recommend training procedures to help us continually improve our programs.
Utilize your creativity to develop and implement dynamic training aids, and eventually help us train our clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with a minimum of one year training experience.
Experienced in insurance and/or software development industry are definitely a plus.
