SR. SAP Consultant (HCM - Time Management)
The ERP Team is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a temporary need for a senior SAP Consultant in the areas of HCM- Time Management. This SAP Consultant will support the Final Prep, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live phases for an SAP HCM development.
The candidate must be experienced with configuring and trouble shooting for the Time Management module. The expectation is that this senior SAP Consultant will help identify and analyze defects found during UAT Testing, determine what needs to be done, help implement configuration changes, test any changes, and will mentor and help train the existing HCM staff.
Job Description
Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality
Functions as the subject matter expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within theTime Management module.
Prepare functionality specifications and delivers to ABAP developers
• Responsible for understanding Functional Specifications followed by writing corresponding Detail Design Specifications
• Responsible for developing high quality solutions based on completed Functional Design Documents
• Responsible for reviewing the developer's Technical Design Document to ensure all requirements have been met
Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met
• Perform configuration reviews of other team members completed solutions
• Work with the user community to determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems and satisfy customer requirements
Collaborate with the ABAP developers and the quality assurance team to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements
Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts as necessary to increase their understanding and utilization of the SAP systems and applications
; Develop a specific SAP Solution from Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing and Production Support
Candidate Profile:
3 -- 5 years experience in the design and configuration of the Time and Attendance module.
3 -- 5 years experience implementing:
- Work schedules
- Holiday Calendars
- Plant Calendars
- Schemas
- Custom Rules
- Custom Operations
- Leave Requests
- CATS
- eCATS
- Quotas
• A minimum of 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
