We currently have a client with the following permanent position:

JOB SUMMARY:

This individual will be responsible for the development of new SAP Business Intelligence solutions. Predominantly in the areas of Enterprise Data Warehousing, Enterprise Reporting, Query and Analysis, and Business Planning and Analytical Services. Responsibilities also include day-to-day maintenance, support, and enhancement of the existing SAP/BI environment:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

** Requirements gathering, analysis and design, writing technical specifications, configuration and programming in the SAP/BI environment, including testing and implementation.
** Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, and debugging.
** Ability to both anticipate / avoid and troubleshoot existing performance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Background
** Bachelor**s Degree in M.I.S, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
** 5+ years progressive version experience in SAP BW as a technical developer.

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge and experience in the following SAP BI Areas:
** Experience with Netweaver 2004s is strongly preferred
** ETL: Standard and custom extraction, transformations
** ABAP coding and debugging.
** Data Modeling Workbench and concepts such as Data provisioning areas / EDW
** Administration to include process chains, broadcasting, remodeling, repartitioning
** Business Explorer tool suite.
** Analysis Process Designer.
** Development and configuration approaches to ensure performance.
** Knowledge and experience in the various SAP R/3 functional modules:FI, CO, MM, PM, PS, etc.
** Knowledge and experience in SAP NetWeaver BI.
** Knowledge of SDLC, UML, and other programming standards.
** Knowledge of Management of Analysis Authorizations is a plus.
** Knowledge of Visual Composer, Java, and/or .Net is a plus.
** Experience with SAP Enterprise Portal is a plus.
** Experience with ASAP project methodology is a plus..

Retail Knowledge

** Understanding of standard retail flows i.e.: Purchase Order, Sales, Distributions, planning etc and retail KPI**s is preferred.
