Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Technical Trainer position.
The position description is as follows:
Responsibilities:
Educate customers on the use and service of company machine and peripheral products.
Provide technical and operational classes at customer sites and regional office.
Project manage the development of electronic training support materials.
Must be able to thoroughly learn software, hardware and electronics for standard gaming products and impart knowledge to a variety of adult learners.
Frequent and extended travel mandatory.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Prefer degree in technical area, i.e. electronics, engineering etc.
Technical aptitude and professional presentation skills required.
Must have 2 years electronics background and a minimum of 3 years of successful experience training adult learners in technical areas.
Good working knowledge of electromechanical devices and principle required.
Technical casino experience preferred.
Experience with company Machines and knowledge of company systems a plus.
Experience developing and using digital training materials.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be able to stand a full shift.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be at least 21.
Must have HS Diploma or GED.
Must be able to obtain a gaming card.
