Experience
-10 to 14 years of experience with relevant exp in software delivery, quality & six sigma
Skills Required
- 6 Sigma Black Belt certification/trained
- Exposure to 6 sigma project execution is essential using DMAIC, DMADV or DFSS methodologies.
- IT Exposure and knowledge of SDLC is essential. ITES will also be considered.
- Knowledge and use of other techniques & frameworks such as lean, ITIL, COPC etc will be useful
Role
This is a leadership role and the candidate will be lead-BPR & Six Sigma for one of the Growth Platforms (GP) based on his or her experience background. The candidate is expected to draw up a quality & process improvement roadmap for the Growth Platform in consultation with the GP leader and then execute to that with the help of his team and the extended support provided by the GP.
- Understand business goals
- Develop quality roadmap for GP
- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas
- Baseline projects/ benchmark key areas
- Execute programs to address pain areas and roll-out the quality improvement plan
- Set up process and structure to drive continuous improvement
- Set up all necessary control mechanisms such as dashboard, review procedures, responsibility matrix
- Train the necessary staff on quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean etc)
