We are looking for a RTR MID MIR Java Developers for Austin/Tx.

Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:

Preferred Contractor skills and experience:

· At least seven (7) years prior relevant work experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

· Experience with Content Management Systems, especially those intended for file/report content management, is required

· Strong Oracle CM SDK skills and experience are highly desirable for this position

· Strong J2EE skills and a very good understanding of Java and J2EE patterns

· Good understanding of TIBCO technology (web services and ESB) is preferable

· Good experience in Java Frameworks like Spring, Velocity, Hibernate is preferable

· Good understanding of App servers and clustering, load balancing and failover technologies

· Familiarity with Tomcat, JBOSS, and Ant

· Strong XML skills (XML, Schemas, XSLT)

· Experience in database development (e.g., Oracle)

· Ability to learn and comprehend complex, technical subjects

· Comfortable in both a UNIX and Windows based environment

· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

· Must have customer service focus

· Electric utility market deregulation/restructuring experience knowledge is a plus
