The Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics and Reporting Lead will be responsible for delivering world class business and technology solutions that enable clients to become high performance businesses. Must qualified candidates will be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact and the reporting and analysis of business results. The qualified individuals will need to apply skills in project management and leadership in implementation of business process, technology, and organizational change.
Working knowledge of Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries are desirable in building a solution using Siebel Analytics/Oracle OBIEE to achieve a defined business outcome. The qualified indivuals will posses skills in building of RPD application design for physical, logical, and presentation layers, configuration of those layers, development of reports, dashboards, publisher, and integration to Microsoft, etc, administration of suite of tools, testing, and deployment.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Working with client to define corporate Key Performance Indicators, business intelligence corporate strategy and roadmap
- Capture and document Business Requirements from client conducting interviews and workshops
- Assist in presales of demonstrating product solutions
- Assist in performance of GAP Analysis related to Data Models and data extracted in ETL's, and map client requirements into Siebel Analytics/OBIEE functionality
- Design, configure, and document logical and physical data models, presentation layer including administrator functionality
- Design, build and test reports, dashboards, publisher, and Microsoft Integration and other functionality within the OBIEE suite.
- Develop Test Plan including test scripts for Unit, System, and User Acceptance Testing including resolution of bugs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 plus successful implementations being well rounded and deep experience in Siebel/OBIEE Analytics - Answers, Dashboards, Reporting and Publishing and other tools in the OBIEE suite
- Prefer candidate to have industry experience in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Healthcare, and/or Manufacturing
- Willingness to assist in presales and help grow the practice
- Prefer candidate to have Siebel Analytics Certification 7.0 and greater. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
