Compensation: Base salary is open, but we are targeting a base salary of $80-120,000 USD depending on the skill and exp level. Full benefits. Relocation assistance is offered.

Create Business Systems (60%)... Design and build applications for current business projects. Develop solutions using BizTalk and other integration technologies. Implement software using .Net technologies and Microsoft Visual Studio. Work with database technologies (SQL Server) and web-based transaction systems. Work as a team member or individually to complete projects. Consult with User Groups (20%)... Understand business and customer workflow and automation needs. Recommend technical solutions to solve those problems. Assist in developing project requirements and documenting technical proposals. Support (10%)... Provide third-level support for integrated systems. Own the technical details of specific systems on an ongoing basis. Research (10%)... Research new commercial products and their value to the businesses. Help to develop technology plans to support continued growth of the application infrastructure.
Required Skills: Technical Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience developing business-critical software applications. BizTalk schemas,
mapping, pipeline development, deployment, and administration. Solid software development skills, including experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server, .Net technologies and XML. Understanding of SDLC and software engineering. Excellent technical analysis and problem solving skills.
