CARA's Fortune 100 customer is seeking contract Technical Writers with 5+ years' experience in creating product documentation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications or a related discipline.
Our customer is seeking qualified contract Technical Writers to create software and hardware install guides, release notes and troubleshooting guides. The consultants will work directly with the engineers in the lab environment to create documentation.
Project Location: Horsham, PA
Project Duration: 2 years
Immediate Start
Candidates should possess:
- 5+ years Relevant Work Experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with document author and customer management to understand content is essential (including technicians, developers and engineers).
- Strong consulting skills and experience working with SMEs and Stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Information Mapping a plus.
Ideally, candidate work history should include communications, cable, software systems, hardware, technical writing, and product guide documentation.
