Responsibilities would include tracking and monitoring of global antitrust/cartel/competition litigation, securities class and group litigation filed and settled in jurisdictions in countries across the world; drafting and issuing alerts via established (and to be expanded) proprietary platform to client base; review of all antitrust and securities class action settlements, interpreting plans of allocation, programming proprietary software system to run loss calculations based on intake of client data to aid London ops team in prepping and filing settlement claims for clients, and if non-financial case – then helping to interpret and advise what type of data needs to be gathered; generating reports, etc. This position would act as “back-up” to the other Research Analyst.

  • Research position, but requires some tech/computer savvy.

  • Could be someone who works antitrust or securities claims at a class action claims administrator or a “case starter” or research paralegal from a law firm (plaintiff’s side would probably be better).
