Job Profile:
Responsible for new development, support, maintenance and enhancement of the Taleo Recruiting and On-boarding Solutions

Responsible for system integration, upgrades and other enhancements within all the Taleo functionality.
Ensures data integrity, test system changes, writes reports and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Acts as the primary contact for all system issues/errors, and acts promptly to resolve the issue
Assist in identifying and effectively translating business requirements into configuration specifications to improve the overall experience for users.
Effectively communicates all process/system changes to the appropriate audience(s) including the Director, business management, HCM team, and clients.
Assist with developing training programs for users (e.g., recruiters, hiring managers, HR) to ensure efficient use of the Taleo system.
Assist with the delivery of training as needed, or engages the appropriate parties.
Audits the data integrity of Taleo regularly.
Interacts with Taleo client Users and product support team to report/escalate system issues, and/or whenever necessary to ensure the system is effectively meeting client needs.
Continually makes revisions to system templates including, but not limited to, screening questions, job descriptions and all other correspondence.
Assist with project management related tasks, new system implementation and the rollout of new functionality and assist the Director to overall managing the project.
Help with Pre Sales activities.

Mandatory Skills:
Working knowledge of Taleo Enterprise Edition, Global HR Processes, Benefits and Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Taleo Goals, Performance and/or Learn are desirable.
Prior Taleo implementation experience and technical support is a plus, as well as HRIS knowledge (e.g., Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft).
Ability to learn new product, concepts and strong desire to build a career in consulting industry.
Attention to detail and consistent follow through are critical.
Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.
Proven ability to interact well with all levels of the enterprise.
Works well with teams or in a team environment, but has demonstrated the ability to work independently.

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Information Systems/Business major or related field.
