Job Title : Lead Software Engineer
Location : Saint Paul, MN
Type : FULL-TIME
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
•Minimum 5+ years experience (post-degree work experience) in a computer science or related field.
•Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple, competing priorities.
•Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop technical skill-set.
•Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•Minimum 4 years of experience with object-oriented analysis and design technologies.
•Minimum 4 years of Java development experience.
•Minimum 2 years of .NET development experience.
•C/C++ programming experience is a plus. Jython experience is another plus.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with IBM MQSeries and Websphere application server.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with Tomcat application server.
•Minimum 2 years of Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server database technologies - particularly with regards to application database connectivity.
•Minimum 2 years of web development experience.
•Minimum 2 years of experience working with LDAP.
•Minimum 1 year experience with common scripting languages; e,g, Perl, python.
•Strong understanding of UNIX and Windows operating systems.
•Demonstrated understanding of distributed systems.
•Must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
