We are Toronto based software company that is growing (14 and counting) and we are looking for amazing developers who want to build beautiful software.

A little bit about us:

-We use many bleeding edge technologies, Ruby, Rails 3, iOS, MongoDB (Checkout http://crowdreel.com, this is using mongoDB. 190 million + photos), Redis, HTML5, CSS3, backbone.js etc.
-We have been experiencing some great growth lately as we shift away from consulting work to focus on our own projects.
-Currently, we are getting ready to launch our iPad publishing platform. It's beautiful. we are working with several publishers in Canada and we are nearing deals with some European publishers.
-The work environment is great, everyone is extremely strong. We all work on brand new 27" iMacs, everyone gets full health, dental and vision benefits (both single and family).
-The biggest thing, is that we are really passionate about making amazing products.

What we are looking for:

Web developers:

Very strong understanding of:
-Software design patterns
-Testing
-Ruby or Javascript
-Understand C or C++
-HTML + CSS
-Computer Science or similar education

Must have a very strong portfolio

-Bonus: MongoDB, node.js, server architecture, asynchronous frameworks, event machine, Redis

Mobile developers:

Very strong understand of:
-Software design patterns
-Objective C and iOS development or Android development
-Strong C or C++ skills
-Computer Science or similar education

Must have a very strong portfolio of released apps
