Purdue University has just the job for you! The Administrative Computing team is looking for two highly motivated, knowledgeable, IT professionals for their Software Developer position.

The Software Developer will be part of the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of web and mobile solutions. Responsibilities may include participating in the full software development life-cycle for in-house developed software applications, as well as maintain existing ones. This individual is required to maintain awareness of the latest trends in the fields of web and mobile development, IT security and object-oriented programming.

To succeed in the role you'll need a bachelor's degree with at least one year of applications development experience.

Other key experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
-Experience designing, developing and implementing web and mobile software applications.
-Experience working with web development methodologies and techniques using ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio, and database management systems like SQL Server and Oracle.
-Related experience in which analysis, decision making and problem solving have been demonstrated.
-Ability to consistently manage and direct multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Demonstrated excellence in judgment/problem solving, self-teaching, customer focus, quality, organization and oral/written communication.
