Senior Mobile Web Developer

TM Floyd & Company is looking for a Senior Mobile Web Developer to build a mobile website that has accessibility to internet and Intranet resources within the organization. He/she will determine the business needs for the website, and then plan, design, and develop the complete solution. The developer should be willing to design a mobile website that is user-focused, provide expertise about application integration across the organization, and serve as a programming and development team lead.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in mobile web development using HTML5/CSS/Java. He/she should be a team player that is comfortable owning a web development project from beginning to end and working to complete the project on time and on budget. Additionally, the developer should have some leadership skills and the ability to serve as a change agent within the organization.

Job Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 2 years of mobile application development experience
4-6 years of HTML5, DHTML, and CSS v3 experience
2 years of Java and JavaScript experience
2 years of experience with Domino XPages, jQuery, and/or PHP is preferred
6 years of experience with Lotus Domino Developer and LotusScript is highly desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
