CMA is recruiting for a Support Analyst in the South Florida area. Local candidates to Fort Lauderdale or Miami are preferred. This position provides quality phone and email support for Financial Institutions in need of software environment assistance. Individuals troubleshoot and resolve issues when possible; and collect details to log product defects to be addressed by the Development team. Position is responsible for adhering to the software support process and guidelines. This involves taking direct ownership of tasks and working directly with end users, network engineers, product support, product managers, and data centers for project management, troubleshooting, and technical support.

The following attributes are preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Engineering or other relevant field of study, or equivalent of education and experience
3+ years of experience as a Client Support Representative (CSR) supporting and troubleshooting financial software.
Thorough knowledge of Customer Services procedures and operations. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Able to work independently 50% of the time.
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
