Job Description
Our client, is currently seeking a Production Support Analyst for their New York City corporate office. This role will offer an exciting work environment within a stable and growing company.

The Role:
The Support Analyst will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries made by the client. An ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a great attention to detail, and enjoy managing multiple projects. The Analyst will provide daily technical support to all clients (online and hardware), generate all inquiry tickets, interface with internal team members, and work on a variety of technical support.
Requirements:
3-5 years of related work experience
At least one year of experience with:
Code (debugging, analyzing, etc)
Hardware installation
Maintaining all escalation requirements for all incoming inquiries

Qualifications
Duties:
Provide top notch customer service to all clientele, including
Generate tickets
Resolve all inquiries
Introduce newly formed programs and products to active client base, ensuring a smooth transition
Work with internal departments to escalate inquiries, communicate all technical problems
Serve as the liasion between the client and third party companies
Education/Programs:
College Degree
UNIX, Linux, SQL (required)
Working knowledge of Oracle, shell scripting
