Description of role:
•The employee will need to review files including, but not limited to, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint documents, AutoCAD drawings, Project documents, Photos and PDF documents, and properly organize them in our Document Storage Software. (90%)

oThis position requires the employee to sift through large amounts of documents, some being of engineering nature, and categorize and sort them into necessary virtual folders, also associating each file with a set of 'tags' to make it more accessible and visible to queries. This position also requires the employee to develop or modify a folder structure to properly organize the documents we have and make them more accessible.
oThe position also requires the employee upon request from the EVP of Engineering, Director of Project Management and Project Managers to be able to initiate, modify and correct AutoCAD drawings.
•The employee from time to time may be required to visit project sites to gather and confirm data and measurements to ensure the accuracy of the facility and equipment layouts. (10%)

Required Skills (List all that apply)

Must have good knowledge of Autodesk applications (AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault)
-Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
-Must have strong organizational skills and background
-Must have a general understanding of engineering documents, including but not limited to drawings, plant layouts, schematics, spec sheets, etc.
-Must be self-driven, independent, and capable working with limited direction.
-Experience with data and file organization structures, such as databases or file stores preferable, but not required.


Education
Minimum Required:
•Associates Degree -- Drafting & Design Technology

Preferred (Optimal Candidate):
•Bachelors -- Construction Management
