Responsibilities:
Linux OS support (Grid, Engineering Labs, Office, & Data Center) EDA Workflow/Tools and Grid environment troubleshooting Help Desk Request Management and Triage Services Documentation & Training material development

Skills/Experience:
Qualifications (Skills/Experience): Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, commands, and utilities Problem solving and debugging skills Familiarity with Platform LSF, Suns Grid Engine, or similar technologies Good understanding of LAN troubleshooting Automating manual, repetitive tasks, either via scripting or using standard tools Good communicator with superb verbal, written, and presentation skills Excellent customer service skills a must

Additional Skills:
Windows administration experience Proficient with version control systems Knowledge of FlexLM license management Knowledge of EDA applications Proficient in perl or shell scripting
